"Wesley and Will are a huge disappointment. I mistakenly initially thought that they were helpful. I switched to a different insurance company and they're still insisting that I owe them money. Their roadside assistance is atrocious and their Safedrive program is a complete hoax. When I needed immediate assistance in a dangerous situation on the highway I had to talk to their outsourced call center and speak with multiple representatives who I couldn't understand and who were unable to understand what I was saying for almost 2 hours before they could even figure out where I was located in order to send help. Their roadside assistance providers couldn't even locate what city and state I was in, in spite of the Safedrive Bluetooth device in my vehicle tracking my exact location at all times. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I especially would not recommend Wesley or Will as agents. They are continuing to ask for money even though I switched companies months ago. Their services rendered are extremely inadequate at best."
