"Tomorrow is my birthday and Ethan called to wish me Happy Birthday and talk about some promotion corporate had going on that didn’t interest me . Thank goodness he called reminded me of all the questions I have that I just didn’t take the time to call. When I originally bought my house I asked for the basic everything just get me in the house, don’t care what I have homeowners insurance same with car insurance as well. So I asked the questions about what if my basement flooded, it’s fully furnished??? Washer , dryer, hot water heater, furnace would more than eat the $10000 basic coverage. What if someone gets hurt on my property? What is my deductible because my friends had hail damage her deductible is $3000 . Not that I needed anything fixed but Ethan was happy to answer all my questions and we made the necessary changes. Only cost me $ 13 bucks a year.. thank you Ethan and thank you Will for making sure I had most of the coverage I needed and not a sky high deductible in the beginning. All the new questions I had I didn’t care about in the beginning just getting in my house.. your team is top notch."
